Everything on the delivery menu is the same food we serve in the restaurant, cooked to order rather than held. That means a few minutes longer than a kitchen working from pre-made bases, and a considerably better curry at the other end.
Heat is cooked to taste. If you want a dish milder or hotter than the menu describes, say so in the order notes and the kitchen will do it.
